Staying Cool & Protected this Summer
For bass fishing anglers, summer is the perfect time to get out on the water and catch some fish. However, with the heat and humidity, it’s important to dress properly to stay cool and comfortable. Here are some summer time clothing tips for bass fishing anglers:
1. Wear light-colored clothing: Light-colored clothing reflects the sun’s rays and helps to keep you cool. Choose light-colored shirts and pants made of breathable fabrics like cotton or nylon. One of our favorites hear at the Bass Cast is the Huk Waypoint Tech Hoodie.
2. Wear a hat: A wide-brimmed hat can provide shade and protect your face and neck from the sun. Look for a hat with a mesh lining to allow air flow like the Huk Performance Bucket Hat. 6. Wear water shoes or sandals: Water shoes or sandals with good traction can protect your feet from rocks and other hazards in the water.
