The scenic Shenandoah River played host to an exhilarating Kayak Fishing Tournament on September 30th, drawing 16 skilled anglers to its pristine waters. Despite the river’s low water level, participants showcased their expertise and determination, making this event a resounding success.
Jonathan Graham, a seasoned angler, emerged as the tournament’s victor, demonstrating his remarkable fishing prowess. Not only did Graham secure the top position with 78.75”, but he also caught the biggest fish of the day with a catch measuring 17.75”.
This tournament showcased the resilience of anglers and their deep appreciation for the sport of kayak fishing. Participants navigated the challenging low-water conditions with finesse, proving that the Shenandoah River remains a prime destination for fishing enthusiasts.
