Robert Clements Wins the Bass Cast Kayak Bass Series stop #1 on SML

32 anglers fished The Bass Cast Kayak Bass Series stop #1 on Smith Mountain Lake. The day started with below freezing temperatures but warmed up later in the day giving up some quality fish. Robert Clements took the win with 79.25 inches earning a 2022 KBF National Championship qualification. James Stanley was 2nd with 68.75 inches earning a 2022 KBF National Championship qualification. Buster Spencer was 3rd with 65 inches earning a 2022 KBF National Championship qualification. Brandon Overstreet was 4th with 64.75 inches. Bruce Deel was 5th with 62.5 inches. Jacob Stephens won Big Bass with a 21.25 inch Bass.
