The Good Lord Blessed us with another great day of fishing Saturday. Although it started off COLD! I’m usually jealous when I blast everyone off and I can’t go fishing but yesterday morning  I wasn’t. 27 degrees when the first boat blasted off. ?We had 69 teams come to Falls Lake Saturday to see if they could figure out what has been a tough bite for most lately. At the end of the day a brand new team of young guns laid the smack down on them. The team of Adam Bass  & Ethan Hill brought a BIG bag to the scales weighing 30.07 pounds!!. They had 3 fish over 7 pounds. One of those fish weighed 8.20 pounds which took home Big Fish for the tournament. Thats smoking them there!! They won it all! Tournament,  TWT and Big Fish. Earning them $2990.00 for the day. BIG CONGRATULATIONS to those guys! Following not far behind was the team of Wise & Harris. We knew they was going to be strong and they didn’t disappoint. They brought in a BIG bag weighing 27.87 pounds. Earning them 2nd place and 2nd place TWT worth $1105.00.

It took 17.65 pounds to draw a check. There were 6 fish over 7 pounds brought to the scales. The Bobcats Bait and Tackle Kids Tournament was won by Mr. Logan Revels yesterday. He won a $50.00 gift card to Bobcats Bait and Tackle. He also won a $25.00 gift card Donated by Mr.David Gentry . Mr. Jacob Wilder won the Daves Tournament Tackle giveaway and yes as always I forget something.  We also gave away a $50.00 gift card and I can’t remember who won it. If anyone knows please let me know. Also winning a free entry fee to any Qualifier Tournament out of our Easter egg draw was Mr. Jordan Jordon Hall .

All of us here at 5 Alive Team Trail want to say Congratulations to everyone who won last weekend!We will be back in action on 4/24/2021 at Gaston Lake for our third Qualifier of the year. Hope to see you all there!
